This 36-acre mill site is listed on the State and National Registers of Historic Places and religiously visited by Artists trying to capture the local charm. Inside one of the Barns I found this Historic horse drawn snow sled.

Calm, quiet, and picturesque. The perfect place to go if you need a few minutes away from hustle and bustle.

This is my favorite haunt. Day and night its beautiful. You can tour the grounds, partake in fun activities or simply do your own thing. I enjoy sitting by the creek (crosswicks creek) and writing in my journal. When you need to escape this worlds crazy times, simply head to The Mill.

This place does NJ historians justice, and the Red Coats didn't burn it down over 200 years ago so all the old stuff has been well preserved. A "must see" if you're in to early NJ farm-life and Revolutionary War-time history in general.

A very charming historic town that is well maintained. A tour of the mansion is offered by donation only and is definitely worth the trip.
