The clothes have a bit of a smell. They lost a shirt. Their customer service is terrible (specifically, the husband who needs a lesson in customer service). After they lost our shirt, we were going to still leave additional clothes there until the husband entered on the scene trying to be Mr. Macho. When you lose someone's shirt, your only response should be "I'm sorry" ... the words "fine then" are inflammatory ... and annoyed / impatient body language as you tell someone you need to "get back to work" while they are trying to find the replacement value of their missing shirt is not ok. Learn the words, "I'm sorry" ... and say them before copping an attitude.
